When will I get my Refund?

You can track the refund status under ‘My Orders’ section on the App or Website. 

In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours in the source account.

For orders that are already shipped, refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours in the source account once it's condition is verified at the warehouse.
