How do I cancel an order? (once it has been shipped)

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify the packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.

You can check the status of the order or the item(s) under ‘My Orders’ section.
